- Waitlist sign-ups. When you join a waitlist (for our Udemy courses, the learning platform, or Side Quests), we collect your email address.
- Booking & session requests. When you request a 1:1 or group session, we collect your name, email address, the type of session you're interested in, and any goals or details you choose to share.
- Communications. If you email us or otherwise contact us, we keep a record of that correspondence.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we and our analytics providers automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring website, and approximate location, using cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies & analytics).
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your session and booking requests and arrange sessions with you;
- Notify you when courses, the learning platform, or Side Quests launch, if you've joined a waitlist;
- Send you updates and educational content you've asked to receive;

We send marketing and launch emails only to people who have opted in (for example, by joining a waitlist). You can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.
